Adriana Lima continues to prove why she’s one of the most iconic Victoria’s Secret Angels. At 45, the supermodel maintains her enviable physique through a disciplined fitness routine, healthy diet, and balanced lifestyle.

The Brazilian beauty has often said that exercise is a daily habit. She trains with Dogpound Gym founder Kirk Myers, who has also worked with Taylor Swift, and is known for her intense workout sessions. Boxing makes up a large part of her fitness routine, with former champion Michael Olajide Jr. helping her build strength and endurance.

Alongside boxing, Adriana mixes in cardio workouts, battle ropes, core exercises, running, and even travels with a jump rope to stay active. On lighter days, she enjoys yoga, Pilates, and Lagree workouts.

Her diet is equally structured. Adriana eats six small meals a day, drinks around two litres of water, and focuses on lean proteins, vegetables, whole grains, fruits, and healthy snacks. She also prioritises nine hours of sleep and meditation to support her overall well-being. While she follows a healthy lifestyle, she occasionally treats herself to dark chocolate and admits chocolate cake is her favourite indulgence.

Away from fitness, Adriana is enjoying family life with husband Andre Lemmers, whom she married in 2024. The couple share a son, Cyan, while the model also has two daughters from her previous marriage to former basketball player Marko Jaric.

Best known as a Victoria’s Secret Angel, Adriana has worked with some of fashion’s biggest brands and returned to the runway after the show’s comeback. Her fitness success comes down to consistency, hard work, and a balanced approach to health rather than extreme diets or quick fixes.
