On her 40th birthday, Paris Hilton got a special present. In her social media post on Wednesday, the same day as her birthday, Hilton announced her engagement to entrepreneur Carter Reum. On her website, she said the proposal was all she had “dreamed of.”
Hilton said she and Reum went to the beach for a pre-dinner stroll before he dropped to one knee in a cabin with roses. She said a party of relatives and close friends was preceded by the proposal.

To show off her emerald cut engagement ring by Jean Dousset, Louis Cartier’s great-grandson, Paris lifted her left hand.
Paris Hilton has previously been proposed by model Jason Shaw in 2002, Greek socialite Paris Latsis in 2005, and actor Chris Zylka in 2018. This is the fourth time she has been engaged.
‘When you find your soulmate, you don’t just know it. You feel that,’ Paris captioned her announcement on Instagram, showing the two at sunset on a beach with light clouds in the distance.
‘I said yes, yes to forever ❤️ There’s no one I’d rather spend forever with. ✨.’ She finished with: ‘Here’s to Love – the Forever Kind.’
